I thank God that 12 people responded to an invitation to accept Christ after I explained the good news at Hope Community Church, Wymondham on Sunday. There were 9 in the first service and 3 in the second. Of those becoming Christians, responding for the very first time, one was someone who’d been coming for years but had never made a decision to follow Jesus until Sunday. Another woman saying ‘yes’ for the first time had been invited by her son. Another one I know about was brought by a friend. This woman had a complete change of heart, and her friend told me the story at the end. Another responding was a one of several teenagers in the second service. He had never accepted Christ before. All these were first time commitments. All this after I had interviewed our great friends Nadim and Tanya Ednan-Laperouse OBE about their own journey to faith in Christ during 2016-2018.
