Five responses for salvation in Maidstone

Adrian Holloway on March 27, 2016 with 0 Comments

Five people responded for salvation at the end of my talk on the resurrection at The Vine, Maidstone, Kent. There were around 350 people present, including children, in what was my first ever visit to the church. The Vine is the result of several church mergers, including a baptist church planted by C H Spurgeon and a Newfrontiers church. Now the Vine have a superb building where they’ve just developed a new balcony, and it was great to be welcomed by pastor Martyn Gibson and also to see a drama during the first part of the Easter Sunday service. Once I’d finished the talk, I came back on stage after a final song and went for a brief salvation appeal. Four people responded and then I had the joy of praying with a married man for salvation after the service ended. His wife joined us for the prayer, and it made for a joyful Easter Sunday. I also had the pleasure of meeting people who had been physically healed when I prayed for them at Newday. The Vine is one of several Relational Mission churches I’m friends with in Kent.
