It was an honour to preach at one of the most important historic reformation churches in Holland, De Nieuwe Kerk this morning. Built in 1650, it’s now the home of Redeemer International Church in The Hague, and we had about 50 tourists wandering around the building at the end which was already mostly full with the Redeemer congregation . I’m pleased to say that 15 people signed up for Alpha which starts here on Tuesday, with an additional 26 people wanting to know more through our feedback form response. A great lunch with the elders also afterwards. Chris & Karin Taylor, the couple who planted and lead Redeemer have built a super team here. Dutch people are super-friendly. Lots of Dutch Arsenal fans commuting back to Amsterdam on KLM last night. An expensive hobby and a noisy flight! I’m speaking again this evening at De Nieuwe Kerk.
