This is a picture of me reading a transcript of a remarkable interview earlier this evening. About 10 minutes after this photo was taken I saw seven people report a physical healing when I prayed for teenagers at Christ Central’s Devoted event in Newark. There were two in the first prayer then three more after a second prayer and then two more great healings at the end, one of whom reported a healing from arthritis. I then spoke on “Searching for Approval and Significance” from Jesus’ encounter with the woman at the well in Sychar in Samaria in John chapter 4. Following the invitation to say yes to Christ for the first time, seven people responded and came to the front. So it was a privilege to serve this age group with people drawn from all over the north of England, and to work with Adam Price, my friend from Harrogate, and his fantastic Amplify team. Great fun too. Earlier, this afternoon, I delivered the second of my seminar series on the reliability of the Bible.
