Nine people said yes to Christ, responding for salvation, when I gave an invitation at the Easter Sunday services at Jubilee Community Church East Grinstead this morning. We had 2 people respond at the 9.00am service and an additional 7 at the 11.00am. We also had 3 people baptised. As it happens, I preached a message that I’ve only ever delivered once before in a church. It’s a talk I’ve used many times during university missions, but as always it was great to be with my dear friends Simon and Gwen Elliott, who had both their children in the band on stage. Thanks to all of you who made my visit such a pleasure.
