We had a full house tonight for an after dinner talk on John 8:12 “I am the Light of the World”. We had 15 people stand throughout the entire message cos of lack of space. I’m guessing there were about 150 people there. Great testimony beforehand from David Bass, the pastor of Tyneside Vineyard, who made my job considerably easier than it would otherwise have been. He told how he’d become a Christian at Newcastle University, and did a superb job. So far, across the first 3 days of the Events Week, we’ve had 61 different students who have said they are not part of any church or Christian Union, who have ticked “Count me in” on a feedback form.
