This Sun (23rd Feb) I am really looking forward to preaching at Jesmond Parish Church, Newcastle, which for the past 40 years or so has been led by my Dad’s cousin, Rev David Holloway (seen here being interviewed by the BBC’s Tim Sebastian). JPC is one of the largest churches in the north of England. Attendance at their Carols by Candlelight in December was 5,300. I am looking forward to catching up with David and Joy, who I’ll be staying the night with Sunday night. Train back to London on Monday morning.
