My visit to Hailsham this morning

Adrian Holloway on December 1, 2013 with 0 Comments

There were 5 people who responded for salvation this morning at Christ Church, Hailsham. I didn’t pray for the sick this morning, but I did really enjoy preaching in a town I’d never visited before.

There were around 200 people there.

The church, formerly known as Hailsham Christian Fellowship, has been going for 35 years. Dr. Andy Johnston, a specialist in the history of the reformation, took over the leadership of the church 7 years ago, and the church has almost doubled in size since then.

Further to some great gift days, the church is about 5 months away from moving into their new warehouse location. A permanent home for one of sussex’s oldest “house churches”.

Afterwards I met up with Jonathan Brown, who is in charge at Integrity Music, which is owned by David C Cook, who publish my books “The Shock of Your Life” and “Aftershock.”
