15 salvation responses and 3 healings

This is a photo of some of the 13 people who responded for salvation at the end of the second service this morning at Birmingham City Church, Elim Pentecostal. About 15 minutes into the first service (i.e at 9.15am!) I pray for healing and shortly afterwards an NHS Consultant Dermatologist came to the microphone to testify to healing of tendonitis in her thumb. She’d had the condition for 11 weeks, and said she’d had her thumb in a brace for 5 weeks, instantly healed after prayer in the name of Jesus! Then a medical nurse said she’d been healed after having had “trigger fingers” for 5 years. (i.e. she hadn’t been able to extend her fingers properly), again instantly healed. I did challenge her on it, “Are you saying you haven’t been able to do this for 5 years?” She insisted ‘yes’. Pastor Mark Ryan started the second service saying, “we’ve had a medical doctor and a medical nurse healed already this morning.” Also an uber taxi driver who dropped off someone coming to the first service, felt compelled to come in, and responded for salvation! In the second service a lady who said she’d had a pain in her hip for 10 years reported a healing, and then after the message I preached we had 13 people respond for salvation. So all in all we had 15 people respond to the gospel across the two services, and we had 3 people who reported an immediate healing through the microphone. It is a tremendous privilege for me to work with such a dynamic church and powerful ministry. If you are ever in Central Birmingham, I recommend you visit the “intercessors meeting” before the service. I really feel the benefit every time from their encouragement.
