This morning I preached the latest instalment of our Step into the Story series from Mark 9:14-29 at Everyday Church, Wimbledon. The title I was given was “How to pray for healing.” We saw three people report a healing afterwards. One lady, a very recent convert from Islam, who had suffered from pain in her wrists for 4 years, and had had injections in her wrists, said that she she had been in constant pain throughout that time until this morning when the pain went after prayer in Jesus’ name. (I interviewed her on stage and asked her about her conversion and she said that it happened a few weeks ago a the women’s day when Jules Burt came to speak.) Someone else reported an 18 month back pain healed, and another said they were healed of asthma. A very encouraging morning.
